The CFO will have a meaningful voice in the future of Larksfield Place—helping shape financial strategy, capital planning, growth initiatives, and the long-term sustainability of an organization dedicated to exceptional senior living.Locally managed in Wichita, Larksfield Place is a not-for-profit continuing care retirement community with a national reputation for excellence. Our campus provides a full continuum of senior living and healthcare services, supported by an experienced leadership team committed to responsible stewardship, innovation, and exceptional service.What You’ll LeadAs CFO, you will provide executive oversight of Larksfield Place’s financial operations, including:Financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and internal controlsTreasury, investments, banking, debt and liquidityAudit, tax and regulatory complianceCapital planning, financial modeling and strategic analysisFinancial risk management and insurance oversightBoard and Finance Committee reportingLeadership and development of the Finance teamYou’ll work closely with organizational leaders to turn complex financial information into clear, actionable recommendations and help evaluate the opportunities and investments that will shape Larksfield Place for years to come.What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a senior leader with at least five years of progressively responsible financial leadership experience and a strong command of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls and strategic financial planning.
