We're looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join OurFamilyWizard and help grow our relationships with family law professionals. In this role, you'll drive new co-parent subscriptions through high-volume outbound outreach, engaging attorneys and family law firms to generate referrals.
You'll partner closely with Account Executives to identify prospects, deliver compelling messaging, and book qualified meetings. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their sales career who is motivated by hitting goals, enjoys outbound prospecting, and wants to build strong foundational sales skills.
Compensation: The total on-target earnings (OTE) for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 OTE, which includes a base salary of $60,000 to $70,000 plus an annual bonus of $10,000 to $20,000.
What you will accomplish:
  • Generate new sales leads through high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach), as well as following up on marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries
  • Maintain a consistent cadence of daily outreach activity to build and manage a healthy pipeline of family law professionals
  • Create a strong first impression with prospects by clearly articulating how OurFamilyWizard can benefit their practice and their clients
  • Develop a deep understanding of OurFamilyWizard's offerings and tailor messaging to the unique needs of each prospect
  • Schedule qualified meetings and product demos for Account Executives
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain daily activity and prospect information in the CRM, ensuring data is complete and up to date
  • Achieve and exceed monthly activity, pipeline, and meeting-setting goals
  • Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to optimize outreach strategies and drive overall growth
