The Infrastructure Services Analyst Sr Advisor, solves problems, performs analysis, researches, and tests functions for systems and networks.

LOCATION: Hybrid 1: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 day per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace.

How you will make an impact:

  • Provides trouble resolution on complex problems.

  • Serves as an escalation point for the most complex systems issues or resolutions.

  • Develops root cause analysis activities that resolve significant system issues.

  • Provides advanced trouble resolution and serves as point of technical escalation on complex problems.

  • Provides advanced technical guidance and leadership to the technical engineers within the organization.

  • Represents major upgrades and business system replacements in change control.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires an BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study and a minimum of 8 years of experience in one or more of the following: information systems, computer networking, telecommunications, systems development and management; significant experience with multiple technical and business disciplines; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

  • Standard business hours (approximately 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).

  • This role participates in an on-call rotation, which includes one week as the primary on-call resource and one week as the secondary on-call resource. Occasional after-hours support may be needed for critical business issues.
