Associate Attorney- Health Care Litigation

We are seeking an experienced Associate to join our Health Care Litigation team. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on complex and high-stakes cases, representing healthcare companies and providers in investigations, enforcement actions, and related commercial litigation.

Responsibilities:

โ€ข Conduct and support False Claims Act (FCA) investigations, including internal investigations related to healthcare fraud, government inquiries, and qui tam actions

โ€ข Manage discovery and draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda

โ€ข Research and analyze healthcare enforcement trends, compliance regulations, and applicable state fraud and abuse laws

โ€ข Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members to develop and implement effective litigation strategies

โ€ข Provide exceptional client service and support to healthcare companies and providers

Requirements:

โ€ข 3+ years of experience in health care litigation

โ€ข Comprehensive complex litigation skill set

โ€ข Experience representing clients in investigations, enforcement actions, and related commercial litigation
