Manage all aspects of litigation from case inception through resolution
Draft and file pleadings, motions, memoranda, and other legal documents
Conduct legal research and evaluate complex legal issues
Handle written discovery and discovery-related matters
Take and defend depositions
Prepare cases for trial, mediation, and arbitration
Represent clients in court appearances and hearings
Develop and execute effective litigation strategies

Manage multiple active matters while meeting litigation deadlines
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
2+ years of experience in general liability and/or professional liability defense
Active law license and good standing to practice law
Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills
Excellent communication and advocacy abilities
Experience handling depositions and motion practice preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced litigation environment
