Principal Duties and Responsibilities
  • Case Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations and strategic management of a robust personal injury civil litigation caseload.
  • Litigation & Discovery: Draft pleadings, motions, and comprehensive legal documents; actively manage the discovery process.
  • Depositions & Research: Conduct strategic depositions of witnesses, experts, and opposing parties; perform deep-dive legal research.
  • Client Advocacy: Conduct detailed client consultations and maintain regular, empathetic communication with clients throughout the litigation lifecycle.
  • Courtroom Presence: Represent clients confidently in court appearances, motion hearings, and oral arguments.
  • Trial Preparation: Prepare cases for trial, develop courtroom strategies, and secondary or first-chair trials as necessary.
