YOUR HOURS
Enjoy a dependable weekday schedule with Monday through Friday, 7:00 am-3:30 pm day shifts, plus optional overtime to increase your weekly earnings.
WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS
As a Production Associate - Assembler, you take ownership of assembling hydraulic hose components, following clear production guidelines and quality standards while ensuring precision and consistency in every build. You operate tools and equipment safely, complete inspection documentation, and keep your workspace clean and organized. You work alongside your team to meet deadlines, troubleshoot issues, and maintain compliance with safety and company policies, all while expanding your skills through cross-training and ongoing development.
CRITERIA
  • 18+ years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Willing to learn and follow standard practices
  • Ability to type 25+ wpm
  • Able to use various equipment, such as saws, crimpers, forklifts, etc.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical work instructions and documents
  • Ability to apply basic math skills
  • Ability to utilize and read tape measures and digital calipers
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to provide timely communications within a team
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. using proper lifting techniques
  • Experience in an industrial manufacturing setting is a plus
  • A forklift driver certification is a plus, but we will provide training
