Job description


Join us to accelerate your career by tackling impactful, high-visibility projects and helping shape the future of Card Data and Analytics. You'll work closely with senior leaders, lead cross-team initiatives, and strengthen how the organization sets priorities and executes against them.
As an Analytics Solutions Senior Associate at JPMorganChase within the Card Data and Analytics Strategy and Operations and Chief of Staff team, you will support the Head of Card Data and Analytics by driving strategic priorities, leading high-priority cross-team programs, and improving how the organization communicates progress and impact. You will partner across data science, finance, product, and marketing to structure complex problems, create clear narratives, and enable decisions that move the business forward.
Job responsibilities
  • Drive planning and execution of strategic priorities for Card Data and Analytics, serving as an objective thought partner to leaders across the organization
  • Lead high-priority cross-team projects from problem definition through delivery, including workplan development, stakeholder alignment, and follow-through
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (including data science, finance, product, and marketing) to support strategic priority areas and remove execution blockers
  • Build clear, compelling presentations and narratives that influence diverse stakeholders and drive action
  • Establish program tracking and reporting, including synthesizing updates into concise executive-ready materials
  • Identify opportunities to improve cross-team collaboration, operating cadence, and ways of working to increase impact
  • Draft and coordinate senior executive communications to ensure alignment, clarity, and consistent messaging

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • 3 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, financial technology, investment banking, private equity, or strategic finance, or 2 years of relevant experience plus a Master of Business Administration or a Master's degree in an analytical field (for example, statistics, economics, applied mathematics, operations research, or data science)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure complex, ambiguous problems into clear workplans and decisions
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including executive-level storytelling
  • Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across levels, including senior leaders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including building clear analyses and executive-ready materials
  • Experience with Jira and Agile methodology

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • High ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving alignment across diverse teams
  • Familiarity with data and analytics concepts, including machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques
  • Master of Business Administration or graduate degree in business, economics, finance, mathematics, engineering, or a related field
