About the Role
As an Associate Product Applications Engineer at Analog Devices (ADI), you will be part of a dynamic team creating tools that assist customers in integrating ADI products into their designs. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in providing innovative, practical solutions while working alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative environment. You'll help customers solve real-world problems and contribute to bringing new products to market efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Application Tools Development: Create and maintain user-friendly application tools, reference boards, and software that support customers in implementing ADI products effectively
- Customer Technical Support: Assist customers during their design process by providing accurate guidance, recommendations, and solutions to technical challenges
- System Understanding: Develop foundational knowledge of system-level architecture to help customers efficiently integrate ADI products
- Product Validation: Participate in road testing to validate product specifications and understand boundary conditions
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to streamline product development and market introduction
- Competitive Analysis: Support the analysis of competitor products, evaluation kits, and comparison tables to provide technical insights
- Technical Documentation: Create clear, accurate technical documentation to communicate complex information to customers and internal teams
- Qualification Support: Assist with qualification testing processes to ensure products meet market requirements
Must Have Skills
- System Level Design: Ability to develop basic understanding of system-level architecture and how components interact within larger systems
- Application Development: Foundational skills in creating application tools, reference boards, or software to demonstrate product capabilities
- Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Willingness to work effectively with different teams and adapt to various perspectives
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and methodical approach to identifying and resolving technical issues
- Product Knowledge: Eagerness to learn about ADI products and their applications in different customer scenarios
