Our Marketing team plays a critical role in shaping strategy and driving execution. As an Associate Product Manager, you will help accelerate growth across ITW Performance Polymers’ portfolio in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment—leveraging data to support pricing, product launches, and go-to-market strategies. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to bring new solutions to market, strengthen customer engagement, and optimize portfolio performance. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Support product portfolio management and execution of growth strategies across assigned product lines.  

  • Analyze market, customer, competitive, and financial data to identify opportunities, assess business performance, and support strategic decision-making.  

  • Drive pricing execution, commercialization activities, product launch readiness, and go-to-market initiatives in partnership with Sales and Marketing teams.  

  • Conduct competitive benchmarking, market intelligence, and customer insight activities to support portfolio optimization and growth initiatives.  

  • Support product lifecycle management, including product improvement, sustainability, cost optimization, and portfolio rationalization initiatives.  

  • Collaborate with Technical Service, and Applications Engineering teams to support business priorities, assess impacts, manage risks, enable customer trials and product evaluations, and drive successful commercialization.  

  • Develop and coordinate product training, sales enablement tools, and commercial support materials to enhance customer engagement and business growth.  

  • Execute tactical business plans, monitor progress against strategic priorities, and drive timely follow-through to ensure successful implementation of business objectives.  

  • Promote, support and adhere to all safety, environmental and quality related policies and procedures. 

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline. Master’s preferred. 

  • 2–5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Marketing, Business Development, Commercial Excellence, Technical Service, Applications Engineering, or a related business function.  

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen.  

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a cross-functional environment.  

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.  

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business analysis tools.  

  • Experience in specialty chemicals, adhesives, industrial manufacturing, materials, or related technical markets.  

  • Knowledge of product portfolio management, commercialization, pricing strategy, market analysis, and product lifecycle management.  

Compensation Information:

The salary for this role is $80,000.00 - $90,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
