Job Summary

This internship opportunity offers hands‑on experience in developing cutting‑edge electrical and electromechanical systems for specialized agricultural equipment and seed processing machinery. Working within a dynamic, multi‑disciplinary engineering environment, you will contribute to innovative projects that directly impact global product supply operations. This role provides exposure to diverse technical areas including automation, robotics, control systems, and sensor applications while collaborating with experienced engineers throughout the complete project lifecycle. You will gain practical experience in design, development, assembly, testing, and documentation of complex systems used in laboratory, production, and field environments.

Responsibilities
  • Support research, design, testing, and debugging of electrical and electromechanical systems and components
  • Assist in the development and assembly of specialized equipment and machines for agricultural and seed processing applications
  • Participate in CAD design work, panel layout, and printed circuit board development
  • Support programming and configuration of control systems, including PLCs and microcontrollers
  • Contribute to the application and integration of sensors, transducers, motor drives, controllers, and GPS devices
  • Assist with documentation development including work instructions, user manuals, functional specifications, and detailed design documents
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams throughout project lifecycles
  • Conduct testing and evaluation of systems in laboratory, production, and agricultural field settings
  • Perform occasional lifting of equipment and materials up to 20 pounds
