Job description


We are seeking a talented and motivated Mobile Application Developer to join our Dallas,
TX-based software development team. This is a ground-floor opportunity to design, build,
and launch a brand-new mobile application for the financial services and retail industries
- one that will give end users direct control of physical cash management devices and
provide real-time operational insights and actionable notifications. You will work closely
with the Development Leader, product, and cross-functional teams to deliver a high-quality
mobile experience that sets a new standard for the industry.



* Design, develop, and deliver a native cross-platform mobile application using the React Native
framework, targeting both iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play), from initial
architecture through production release.
* Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in TypeScript/JavaScript with Ionic and
Angular (or React), applying mobile-specific performance and UX best practices.
* Participate fully in agile development processes - sprint planning, daily stand-ups,
sprint reviews, and retrospectives - using Jira for backlog and task management.
* Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/Bitbucket) for automated build, test,
and release of mobile application packages to the Apple App Store and Google Play
Store.
* Work on software integration projects, interfacing with physical devices such as
intelligent cash devices, ATM's, Kiosks, and other external 3rd party systems.
* Build and maintain push notification and in-app alerting features that deliver timely,
actionable operational messages to end users regarding device status, cash
optimization recommendations, and required actions.
* Provide hands-on early-life support for the application post-launch, rapidly diagnosing
and resolving issues in a production mobile environment; build robust crash reporting
and remote diagnostics capabilities.
* Collaborate with the SES platform and backend teams to consume and extend APIs,
ensuring the mobile application integrates seamlessly with the broader Sesami
Enterprise Software ecosystem.
* Contribute to App Store and Google Play submission processes including build signing,
version management, release notes, and compliance with store review guidelines.
* Contribute to a positive team culture, share mobile development expertise with the
broader engineering organization, and remain current on emerging Ionic,
Angular/React, and native mobile platform advancements.

* Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, code
documentation, and knowledge-sharing resources.
* Assist in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation. Provide technical
leadership in project execution and ensure projects are delivered on time and within
scope.
* Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and advancements to bring innovative
solutions to the team.
