Role Summary
- The Associate Analyst provides fundamental equity research support for our Healthcare team

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree required with a strong academic background AND
- 1-2 years relevant work experience (healthcare services research or banking experience preferred)
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills including previous experience building three-statement models
Preferred:
- Highly motivated, confident self-starter with ability to work independently and with others
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
- Intellectual curiosity and a demonstrated ability to conduct in-depth thematic research across a broad spectrum of topics which can be additive to the investment process
- Completion of at least level 1 of the CFA preferred
- Demonstrated ability to derive meaningful insights from in-depth research and analysis
FINRA Requirements
FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
Work Flexibility
This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home.
