Full-Time / Part-Time positions available

We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Associate Therapist to join our growing, values-driven practice. This is a unique opportunity to develop your clinical skills in a supportive environment that prioritizes both exceptional client care and clinician growth.

โœจ What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide individual, couples, family, and child therapy sessions
  • Utilize evidence-based and behavioral therapy approaches tailored to client needs
  • Support children and families using developmentally appropriate and behavioral interventions
  • Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary providers to strengthen support systems
  • Provide case management and coordinate care as needed
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards (HIPAA)

  • Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, motivational interviewing, behavioral therapy)
  • Ability to manage a caseload and complete documentation in a timely manner
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Proficiency with EHR systems and basic technology
  • Telehealth experience is a plus but not required
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
