Position Responsibilities:
Manage a team of Site Procurement Managers to ensure network-wide standardization for procurement related processes and fulfillment center service activities. Coordinate the demand identification, procurement, and inventory management of all non-merchandise items required for fulfillment center operations. Manage complex supply chain management aspects of procurement. Develop and utilize demand forecast models. Establish procurement order streams to match supply with demand on a JIT basis. Manage supplier relationships and performance to ensure timely deliveries and quality compliance. Create, communicate, and maintain quality control policies and standard operating procedures to Site Procurement Managers and Associates. Identify and lead process improvement initiatives using Lean tools. Help manage and control fixed costs, and develop and implement plans to achieve annual fixed and supply costs savings. Build and deliver productivity plans by reviewing work forecasts, determining productivity requirements, and partnering with other Regional Procurement Managers to drive results. Evaluate performance objectives and metrics.

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering Management, or a related field and four years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Must have four years of experience in procurement or supply chain management. Domestic travel up to 25% to perform role responsibilities may be required.
