Job description

Serene is seeking experienced healthcare operators, revenue cycle leaders, and healthtech executives to join our Advisory Board. Advisors will help ensure Serene delivers meaningful value to healthcare organizations by improving provider workflows, reducing administrative burden, and accelerating patient access to care. Advisors will provide perspective on: Enterprise go to market strategy for provider organizations Partnerships with health systems, practices, and RCM ecosystems Product alignment with real world authorization workflows Evidence and outcomes that demonstrate operational value.

Serene Intelligence is building an AI computer use system for healthcare that helps provider teams instantly complete prior authorization (PA) forms directly inside the portals they already use. We created Serene after speaking with 50+ healthcare practices, who shared the same frustration: administrative software often forces teams to change workflows instead of supporting the systems they already rely on. Prior authorization has become a major barrier to timely care: 85% of patients encounter prior authorizations Providers spend $20B annually appealing denials Serene helps reduce this burden so care teams can spend less time on insurance paperwork and more time supporting patients.

Serene's workflow: Extracts relevant data from EHR systems (Epic / Cerner) Auto completes insurance portal authorization forms Allows staff to review and submit quickly As we expand across specialties and healthcare organizations, we are building a small Advisory Board to help ensure Serene continues solving real operational challenges for providers. Key Responsibilities Provide guidance on how Serene delivers measurable value for provider organizations across private practices, specialty groups, and health systems. Support introductions and relationships with: Health systems and specialty practices Revenue cycle and workflow partners Healthcare technology platforms Help shape partnership models that demonstrate clear ROI (time saved, faster approvals, reduced delays).

Product & Workflow Alignment Advise on scaling workflow native automation across payer portals and specialties while ensuring strong adoption within provider teams. Evidence & Outcomes Guide which outcomes matter most to healthcare organizations, including: Time saved for staff Improved approval rates Reduced administrative burden Improved staff satisfaction Ideal Candidates We are seeking senior healthcare leaders with experience in areas such as: Healthcare operations leadership (COO, VP Ops, Strategy) Healthtech leaders selling into providers Clinical operations leaders managing PA workflows Advisors or investors who have scaled provider-focused healthtech Preferred Experience 10+ years in healthcare operations, RCM, or healthtech Experience reducing administrative burden for providers Strong networks within health systems, specialty practices, or healthcare technology Familiarity with PA workflows, payer portals, and utilization management Help Reduce Care Delays Prior authorization delays affect millions of patients and create significant strain on provider teams. Support Provider Teams Serene works inside existing systems rather than forcing workflow changes.

Deliver Measurable Impact Early outcomes show the potential to reduce PA workload from 100 hours/month to 20 hours/month. Flexible Commitment Advisory engagement is approximately 1โ€“2 hours per month. Equity and/or recognition aligned with advisory contributions and strategic introductions.

Impact Help shape technology that reduces administrative burden in healthcare and improves patient access to care. Equal Opportunity Commitment Serene Intelligence is committed to building a diverse and inclusive Advisory Board and welcomes leaders passionate about improving healthcare operations and reducing administrative complexity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
