We are Hiring a Customer Service Advisor!
Type: Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities
Reports To: Store Manager
Pay: $14/hr + commission
SpeedWash Car Wash is looking for friendly, outgoing, and motivated people to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. If you have experience as a Customer Service Representative, Sales Associate, Retail Associate, Cashier, Front Desk Associate, Food Service Team Member, or Hospitality Team Member, this could be a great fit. No car wash experience is required. We provide paid training and teach you how to succeed in customer service, sales, and membership growth.
In this role, you will create a great first impression for every customer. You will greet guests, explain our wash options, promote our Unlimited Wash Club, answer questions, and help customers choose the membership that fits them best. This is a customer-facing sales role for someone who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, working toward goals, and being part of a fast-paced team.

  • Build customer relationships through great service and clear communication
