About the Role

As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, families, and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our front desk area is always clean, organized, and staffed. You will be responsible for answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and providing information to residents, families, and visitors. You will also be responsible for managing visitor registration, tracking resident whereabouts, and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
