About the Role:
Join ADVENTURES ONE INC as an Alternate Assisted Living Facility Manager in a rewarding live-in position! This role offers you the unique opportunity to lead a dedicated team while providing compassionate care to our residents in Capitol Heights, MD.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the assisted living facility, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies in all aspects of facility management.
  • Maintain open communication with residents and their families to address concerns and enhance satisfaction.
  • Coordinate activities and programs to promote residents’ physical and emotional well-being.
  • Medication administration and supervise residents' daily living activities as needed.
