What Will You Do in This Role?

As an Assisted Living and Independent Community Administrator| Executive Director, you will be responsible for the overall management and leadership of the Assisted Living and Independent Community by achieving and maintaining targeted occupancy goals, and for the supervision and development of all employees. You will ensure that the services provided exceed customer needs and expectations, as well as oversee day-to-day activities.

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in related field required

  • Minimum of two years of experience in an AL setting
  • Must possess a high level of tact, sensitivity, and professionalism
