Shift: 5:30 PM – 5:30 AM (PRN Nights)

POSITION SUMMARY

Caregivers and CNAs are the primary support providers for our residents. In this role, you will assist residents with daily living activities while providing compassionate, respectful care that enhances their quality of life.

Night shift caregivers play a key role in ensuring resident safety, comfort, and well-being during overnight hours.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

Provide overnight monitoring and ensure resident safety

Support residents with toileting, repositioning, and comfort needs

Document care provided and communicate any changes to nursing staff

Provide companionship and emotional support

Maintain a clean, safe, and calm environment

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure continuity of care

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous caregiver, CNA, or healthcare experience preferred

CNA certification preferred but not required

Experience in assisted living or memory care is a plus

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Dependable, patient, and compassionate

Ability to work overnight shifts consistently
