Job description

We are actively seeking a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) with a current California X-ray license to join a professional and fast-paced dental office. The ideal candidate is reliable, coachable, and thrives in a supportive environment where patient care is the top priority. Key Responsibilities: Provide chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures Take and develop digital X-rays (must be licensed in California) Sterilize and prepare instruments and operatories Ensure patient comfort and maintain excellent patient communication Support the front and back office as needed Maintain proper inventory of supplies and cleanliness standards Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am -5:00pm Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Requirements High school diploma; graduating from dental assistant school is preferred Dental Assistant Certification or at least 1 year minimum dental experience X-Ray License Dental Assistant Qualifications / Skills: Dental health maintenance Use of dental technology Infection control Patient services Creating a safe, effective environment Listening Teamwork Bedside manner Benefits Medical Dental Vision Bonus Structure PTO Holiday pay 401k
