We work with founders, operators, and leadership teams who want to scale efficiently by leveraging top-tier remote talent and AI-driven systems.

We are a profitable, growing company with strong inbound demand driven by lead magnets, content, and referrals. This role exists to convert that demand into revenue through a high-quality, consultative sales process.

Mission / Purpose of This Position

The Account Executive will own full sales cycles - from initial inbound outreach, to lead qualification, and through closing deals.

This is a role focused on converting inbound leads into paying clients. You will guide founders and business owners through a consultative process to identify needs and match them with the right solution: Executive Assistant placement, AI Specialist placement, or AI consulting services.

    • Run discovery calls, qualify opportunities, and close deals
  2. Execute consultative sales conversations

    • Recommend the aligned service (EA placement, AI Specialist, or AI consulting)
    • Position Assistant Launch as a long-term partner
  3. Convert inbound demand efficiently
    • Respond quickly and professionally to inbound leads
    • Maintain high conversion rates from lead to close
    • Prioritize high-quality opportunities
  4. Manage pipeline and CRM
    • Track activity in CRM
    • Maintain accurate deal stages, notes, and forecasts
    • Follow up consistently to move deals forward
  5. Improve sales performance
    • Refine messaging, scripts, and objection handling
    • Share feedback with marketing and leadership
  6. Represent the brand at a high level
    • Build trust quickly with founders and operators
    • Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally
    • Deliver a strong client experience from first interaction to close
