Qualifications:
  • Experience working with children on academics

Job Responsibilities:
  • Under direction of the principal and/or teacher
  • Support students in reading, writing and/or math
  • Assists teacher with everyday tasks
  • Assist with parents and students in communicating information from and/or to the teacher
  • Help create a safe and inviting environment
  • Assist in the supervision of students

Other Information:
  • Able to be flexible and adjust quickly to the needs of the day
  • Supervises students at play-time on the playground and maintains a harmonious atmosphere on the playground
  • Performs any other tasks as deemed appropriate by the building principal and/or the teacher
