Job description

Kingdom Care is actively hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct, hands-on care and support to residents. The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) plays a vital role in maintaining resident comfort, safety, and dignity. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will work closely with nursing staff and the care team to deliver consistent, high-quality care across all shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct resident care as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance

  • Assist residents with safe transfers, ambulation, and use of mobility devices

  • Observe residents closely and report condition changes to nursing staff

  • Support meals, hydration, and feeding as needed

  • Promote resident dignity, comfort, and emotional well-being

  • Follow infection control, safety, and documentation standards

Qualifications

  • Current state certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

  • Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care

  • Reliable attendance and ability to work as part of a team

  • Long-term care experience preferred but not required
