Spy Ninjas, the longest-running scripted series in YouTube history, and the brainchild of YouTube creators Chad Wild Clay & Vy Qwaint. The stories surrounding this inspirational group of everyday heroes have earned over 15 billion views and 45 million subscribers. Spy Ninjas are unique within the YouTube space, as we create multiple 20–30 minute narrative episodes, every week.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative, analytical, and deeply online Head of Short Form Content to lead and evolve the social strategy across all platforms for Spy Ninjas.

You’ll manage a Social Media Team, and collaborate closely with our video, production, and marketing teams to keep Spy Ninjas fans excited, connected, and coming back for more — both online and in person.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced creative environments, knows how to translate data into creative decisions, and loves building community across platforms.

We are located in Las Vegas, NV and you will be required to live here or relocate for this opportunity. You will be filming and producing videos around the Vegas area including our brand new 55,000 square foot space called Spy Ninjas HQ (https://spyninjashq.com).

What You Will Oversee

Social Media Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and own the social media strategy for Spy Ninjas across YouTube Community, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, X/Twitter, and any emerging platforms.
  • Grow the global digital community for the Spy Ninjas brand and drive real-world awareness and visitation to Spy Ninjas HQ in Las Vegas.
  • Lead and mentor the Social Media Associate, guiding daily posting, community management, and content development.
  • Build and manage an integrated content calendar that aligns with video releases, product launches, park events, and Brand Partnership campaigns.

Content Creation & Execution

  • Write copy, design or oversee visual assets, and manage posting schedules to ensure brand consistency and high creative standards.
  • Partner with the production team to repurpose YouTube and park content into high-performing short-form assets (Reels, TikToks, Stories, Snaps, etc.).
  • Develop platform-specific strategies to grow engagement and reach on each channel, especially short-form vertical video.
  • Launch and optimize Snapchat content strategy to connect with young audiences and promote HQ experiences.
  • Create reactive, trend-driven posts that keep the brand culturally relevant and fun.

Community Engagement & Growth

  • Lead fan and visitor engagement across platforms — oversee /or responding directly to comments, DMs, reviews, and community posts in an authentic, brand-right voice.
  • Showcase fan-generated content, park experiences, and behind-the-scenes stories that reinforce the Spy Ninjas universe.
  • Identify local and online influencers to amplify both the Spy Ninjas and Spy Ninjas HQ brands.

Short Form Content Analytics & Optimization

  • Track and report on key metrics: follower growth, engagement, content reach, website clicks, and conversion to park ticket sales.
  • Use insights and A/B testing to refine creative direction, posting cadence, and platform mix.
  • Share regular learnings with leadership to guide broader marketing and creative strategies.
Requirements:Experience You Bring
  • 5-7 years of professional experience managing social media for a brand, creator, or entertainment company.
  • Proven success in creating and executing multi-platform social strategies with measurable results.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with a strong sense of humor, pacing, and platform tone.
  • Proficient in social analytics, content scheduling, and visual editing tools (e.g., Later, Sprout, Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Premiere).
  • Experience managing and mentoring a Social Media Team is a requirement
  • Deep familiarity with current YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat culture — and family-friendly spaces.
  • Passion for fandom, experiential entertainment, and connecting online audiences to in-person experiences.
