The employer may not have resources available to support STEM OPT training requirements. No C2C - Pivotal does not accept unsolicited applications or resumes from third-party recruiters/agencies.
Why clients choose Pivotal Consulting:

Our clients count on us to deliver excellence and seek our guidance on business and technology strategy, technology modernization, and cloud transformation initiatives. Simply put; by listening to our clients closely and focusing on delivering quality, we bring them peace of mind.
After guiding and helping numerous clients from global enterprises to mid-market firms to non-profit organizations, we are now experiencing breakthrough growth!
What we are looking for:
Pivotal Consulting is seeking an experienced Source-to-Pay consultant to support a procurement transformation initiative centered on Oracle Fusion capabilities. The organization currently lacks a mature eSourcing platform and does not yet have a fully developed procure-to-pay environment in place.
This role will work closely with Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Management, Finance, Accounts Payable, key business stakeholders, and the implementation partner to help ensure the Oracle Fusion solution aligns with business requirements and supports future-state procurement operations. The program includes Oracle Procurement, Self-Service Procurement, Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, and Accounts Payable integration functionality.
What you will do:
  • Support Oracle Fusion Procurement workstreams in collaboration with Strategic Sourcing and Vendor Management leadership.
  • Act as a business-side representative during design, testing, and deployment phases.
  • Review proposed solution designs and provide feedback to ensure alignment with business needs and leading practices.
  • Facilitate workshops for requirements gathering, process definition, and decision-making with key stakeholders.
  • Partner with Finance, AP, and the implementation team to address functional and process gaps.
  • Support functional testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, training, and go-live readiness.
  • Recommend improvements to process, controls, governance, reporting, and operational guidance.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by applying hands-on procurement and Source-to-Pay expertise.

What makes you a good fit:
  • 7+ years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Management, Source-to-Pay, or Accounts Payable.
  • Prior implementation experience with Source-to-Pay solutions, ideally Oracle Fusion Procurement.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including:
    • Procure-to-pay and requisition-to-PO workflows.
    • eSourcing, including strategic sourcing and RFx processes.
    • Supplier management.
    • Approval workflows.
    • AP integration.
  • Experience working with Finance teams and implementation consultants.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.

Preferred qualifications:
We are looking for someone who has worked on the business side of Procurement or Strategic Sourcing and has used Oracle or other Source-to-Pay platforms such as Ariba, Workday, or Coupa in their day-to-day role, rather than only as an implementation resource.
Ideal backgrounds include:
  • Procurement Manager
  • Strategic Sourcing Manager
  • Source-to-Pay Lead
  • Procurement Business Analyst
  • Procurement Transformation Consultant

Why our employees love working at Pivotal:

We believe our team and our community are our greatest assets and we strive to promote both daily.
