Role: Workday HCM Integration (Workday Recruiting)

Location: Canada (REMOTE)

Duration: Long-Term

Workday Recruiting Certification Must Required

Product Owner role for Workday Recruiting:
Lead the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of Workday Recruiting modules to meet business needs.
Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT teams to align Workday Recruiting with HCM processes and data.
Review and interpret recruiting reports to support recruitment partners and hiring managers in decision-making.
Support requisition management, offer management, and onboarding processes within Workday.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday Recruiting and its integration with HCM and other TA systems.
Provide training and support to end-users on Workday Recruiting functionalities and best practices.
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system improvements.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and data privacy regulations in recruiting workflows.
Stay current with Workday updates and recommend enhancements to optimize recruiting and HCM integration.
Required Qualifications: Extensive experience with Workday Recruiting module configuration and administration.
Strong knowledge of Workday HCM data structures, business processes, and recruiting workflows.
Ability to review and interpret recruiting-related reports to assist recruitment activities.
Experience with recruiting lifecycle management, including requisition approvals, offer management, and onboarding.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
