Job description

  • Participate in project and stakeholder alignment meetings, governance sessions, and regular status reviews.
  • Review and understand existing Workday configuration to ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Support end-to-end (E2E) tenant setup, including validation of configurations and integrations.
  • Document business processes, configurations, and requirements-clearly distinguish between client-specific and standard setups.
  • Collaborate with vendors to support the creation of Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation.
  • Configure Workday HCM modules while ensuring existing business processes remain unaffected.
  • Develop custom reports and dashboards based on business needs.
  • Prepare and execute test scenarios, test scripts, and test data for E2E and UAT phases.
  • Create mock data sets (e.g., organizations, job requisitions, employee records) for testing.
  • Support testing cycles (E2E/UAT)-track issues, log defects, and assist in resolution.
  • Validate data conversion and integrations to ensure accuracy and system integrity.
  • Facilitate sign-offs and documentation of successful test completion.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis, configuration, and documentation tasks as directed by senior HRIS leadership to ensure timely project delivery.
