Job Title: Senior PeopleSoft FSCM Reporting Analyst
Location: Austin, TX (Remote)

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior PeopleSoft FSCM Reporting Analyst with extensive expertise in PeopleSoft Financials 9.2, statewide financial reporting, SAP BusinessObjects, and enterprise reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of PeopleSoft Financial modules and reporting architecture, and experience supporting large-scale public sector financial systems.
This role requires collaboration with functional teams, technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to develop, maintain, test, and support enterprise reporting solutions while ensuring compliance with state policies, accessibility standards, and software development best practices.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, maintain, and support complex enterprise financial reports using PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 and SAP BusinessObjects.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions that support statewide financial operations.
• Develop cross-module reports utilizing data from General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Purchasing (PO), Asset Management (AM), Inventory (IN), Travel & Expense (T&E), Project Costing (PC), and related Financial modules.
• Analyze PeopleSoft FSCM data structures, effective-dated records, table relationships, and multi-row logic to support complex reporting requirements.
• Perform impact analysis, structured User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and validation during application upgrades, PUM implementations, and patch deployments.
• Prepare comprehensive testing documentation, technical documentation, and user guides.
• Develop and distribute materials compliant with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
• Support data integration, data quality initiatives, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) activities.
• Interpret contractual requirements and ensure vendor deliverables comply with established contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify reporting needs and recommend process improvements.
• Support enterprise production environments and assist with issue resolution, troubleshooting, and ongoing reporting enhancements.
• Follow IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) best practices aligned with ITIL principles.
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 8 years of experience supporting or working directly with Texas public sector organizations.
• Minimum 8 years of experience supporting reporting for PeopleSoft Financials version 9.2.
• Extensive knowledge of State of Texas financial policies and procedures.
• Strong understanding of PeopleSoft Financials Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) and database architecture.
• Extensive experience preparing WCAG 2.1-compliant documentation and reporting materials.
• Extensive experience designing, executing, and documenting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing for reporting impacts during upgrades, PUM cycles, or patch deployments.
• Extensive experience interpreting contractual language and ensuring vendor compliance with contractual requirements.
• Extensive experience with data integration, data quality management, and SDLC methodologies.
• Extensive experience developing cross-functional financial reports utilizing GL, AP, PO, AM, IN, T&E, PC, and related modules.
• Strong expertise analyzing PeopleSoft FSCM effective dating, table relationships, and complex reporting logic.
• Extensive experience developing complex SAP BusinessObjects reports.
• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting large-scale production and expansion activities across multi-agency PeopleSoft Financial environments.
• Minimum 3 years of knowledge and experience implementing ITIL-based IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) practices.
Preferred Qualifications
• Minimum 4 years of experience participating in fiscal year-end financial processes involving organizational restructuring and legislative reporting requirements.
• Minimum 4 years of experience providing customer-facing functional support during large-scale enterprise system expansion initiatives.
• CPA certification or equivalent financial/accounting experience is preferred.
