We are currently seeking an experienced, driven leader to join our team as an Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Outreach. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for the production, growth, recruiting, training, and day-to-day operations of an Outreach Team within a designated district or geographical area.

The AVP of Outreach will work directly with the VP of Outreach to drive performance, develop leaders, build successful teams, and ensure appointment production goals are consistently achieved. This position is ideal for a leader who thrives on coaching, accountability, team development, and building winning cultures.

Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development

  • Recruit, interview, hire, and develop Outreach Representatives and Team Leads
  • Meet headcount and workforce planning targets
  • Train, coach, and mentor Outreach Team Leads and Representatives both in-office and in the field
  • Oversee and support the Training Manager and new hire training process
  • Conduct field training and team shadowing a minimum of three days per week
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with leadership teams across the organization

Operations & Performance Management

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Outreach Team within an assigned district
  • Ensure office appointment production targets are consistently achieved
  • Monitor team performance and implement action plans when necessary
  • Enforce company processes, policies, and training standards
  • Run outreach meetings, leadership meetings, and training sessions
  • Provide support and guidance to Team Leads and Outreach Representatives in the field

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production metrics
  • Review appointment scheduling, workforce planning, and production goals
  • Analyze Outreach Representative performance through reporting systems including Google Sheets and Power BI
  • Review canceled and non-confirmed appointments and implement corrective action plans
  • Present performance updates and strategic recommendations to the VP of Outreach

Strategic Leadership

  • Oversee territory management, area research, and permitting requirements
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting, training, retention, and production
  • Report team performance concerns, attrition risks, and operational challenges to leadership
  • Partner with the VP of Outreach to establish goals, strategies, and growth initiatives

Schedule Requirements

  • Available in-office Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Available for field support and coaching as needed
  • Available Saturdays from 9:30 AM – 3:00 PM, or as business needs require

Qualifications

  • Must be in good standing with the company
  • Proven leadership ability with a track record of developing successful teams
  • Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills
  • Ability to run meetings, training classes, and performance reviews
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Experience using Sales Rabbit or similar field sales software preferred
  • Ability to analyze reports and make data-driven decisions
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Must be insurable under company vehicle policies
  • Reliable transportation required
