Cath Lab Tech / IR Tech
Assignment Duration
This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule
Day shift: 4x10 hours (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM). Call every fourth weekend, one day a week, with holiday rotation on call.
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Tech or IR Tech with scrub experience in Cath Lab and interventional radiology procedures. The candidate will be responsible for supporting procedural tech activities, including performing fluoroscopy, within a dynamic healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in Cath Lab and interventional radiology procedures.
  • Perform fluoroscopy and maintain a sterile environment during procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols concerning radiation exposure.
  • Collaborate with medical personnel to deliver quality patient care during interventional procedures.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
  • Satisfactory completion of formal radiological technology training in an AMA-approved school.
  • Must be licensed in the State of Ohio.
  • ARRT registration is required.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Ability to assume on-call responsibilities.
  • Physical requirements: visual acuity of 20/20 or corrected to 20/20, ability to hear, and capabilities related to lifting and manual dexterity.
