Deliver classes with an enthusiastic and engaging teaching style to promote a safe, fun, and relaxing atmosphere for guests. Instruct personalized, small group, semi-private classes and one-on-one personal training. Assess individual's current exercise program and level of fitness and develop personalized exercise programs and provide fitness counseling within the clubTHRIVE program standards. Obtain group fitness certification within thirty (30) days of hire. For resorts offering RUN level program, personal training certification required within ninety (90) days of hire. Welcome and acknowledge all Owners and guests; anticipate and address Owner and guests' service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; always show genuine interest and appreciation. Maintain professionalism when interacting with Owners, guests and co-workers; use clear and professional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team/co-workers to reach common goals; listen/respond appropriately feedback from co-workers in and outside of your department. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications. Follow company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional; properly maintain confidential and proprietary information - protect company assets. Reach, bend, twist, pull, and stoop (bend head or body forward or downward); grasp, turn, and manipulate objects; move up and down stairs and/or service ramps; move, lift, or carry objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds; stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Attention to customer service with a professional and pleasant personality. Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
