Reports To: Director of Nursing / Unit Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Position Summary

Woodland Post Acute is seeking compassionate, dependable, and service-oriented Nursing Assistants (NAs) who are interested in advancing their healthcare careers through our Facility-Sponsored CNA Training Program. This position provides direct support to residents under the supervision of licensed nursing staff while preparing for successful completion of a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program.

Eligible employees may receive employer-sponsored CNA training and related educational support in accordance with Woodland Post Acute's CNA Sponsorship Policy. Continued participation in the program is contingent upon meeting all policy requirements, maintaining satisfactory job performance, attendance standards, and successful completion of training and certification requirements.


CNA Sponsorship Program Responsibilities

  • Successfully enroll in and complete the designated CNA training program within required timelines.

  • Attend all scheduled classes, clinical rotations, examinations, and required study sessions.

  • Obtain CNA certification within 4 months from date of employment

  • Maintain employment in good standing throughout the sponsorship period.

  • Comply with all terms and conditions outlined in the Facility-Sponsored CNA Training Agreement and CNA Sponsorship Policy.

  • Meet all post-certification employment commitments required under the sponsorship program.
