At Renewal by Andersen of Alaska, our Proxy Agents are the front line of our growth. You'll represent a nationally trusted brand, engage homeowners face-to-face, and earn commission for every qualified appointment you set. There's no cap on commission, so your income grows with your performance. 

What You'll Do 

  • Engage homeowners door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods 
  • Start professional, confident conversations and introduce our products 
  • Set qualified appointments for in-home consultations 
  • Use proven scripts, talk tracks, and objection-handling techniques 
  • Track activity and appointments accurately using mobile tools 
  • Participate in coaching, training, and team meetings 

Compensation & Earning Potential 

  • $19/hour base pay to start 
  • Performance-based commission (uncapped) 
  • $78K target total compensation for productive agents 
  • Top performers earn $100K-$120K+ annually 
  • Weekly pay and clear performance expectations
