The Rush-Henrietta Athletics Department is seeking passionate, dedicated, and transformational leader to join our coaching staff for the upcoming season. We currently have openings for the following position:

  • Head Coach for Track & Field Winter/Spring 2027


We are looking for individuals who are driven to succeed, committed to student-athlete growth, and dedicated to fostering a positive and competitive culture throughout the program.ย  The ideal candidates will demonstrate strong leadership skills, a team-first mentality, and a desire to develop players both on and off the track and field.
Qualifications:ย 


  • Ability to build positive relationships with student-athletes
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Previous coaching or playing experience preferred
  • Commitment to the growth of the whole athlete on and off the track
