What you will be doing: Position will be in-office at our corporate office located in Centerville, Utah. You'll be responsible for timely support of student application processing in compliance with government and management directives.

Essential functions:

  1. Conduct direct recruitment activities, including public speaking, develop linkage with referral sources such as human services agencies, recreation centers, youth organizations, local high schools, one-stops, and churches, participate in center tours, and contact potential enrollees to explore enrollment. 
  2. Prepare, schedule, and provide outreach presentations in the assigned area in support of the regional outreach efforts.
  3. Assist with leading tours, follow on all attendees with an email, text message or phone call. 
  4. Conduct a tour survey and communicate with supervisor and the center to follow up.
  5. Prepare necessary and required reports related to the recruitment and retention efforts. 
  6. Participate and promote student employability programs and activities. 

Education and Experience Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, business, communications, or closely related field; or Associate's degree and two years related experience required. 
  • Preferred experience with Oracle Fusion, applicant tracking system, and ticketing software solution. Demonstrated ability to work well in a team effort. 
  • A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
