Administrative Assistant
Position Overview
The Administrative Assistant to the Director of Operations provides high-level support to enhance the efficiency of the organization's operations team, with emphasis on the Early Childhood Education Program operations, and may include classroom coverage duties. This role ensures seamless execution of administrative tasks, project coordination, and communications-enabling the Director of Operations to focus on strategic initiatives.
Education and Experience:
  • Associate degree in Administration, Business or related field preferred. Early Childhood Education work experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirement .

Preferred Minimum Qualifications:
o Bilingual Spanish (highly preferred)
o Ability to meet changing job conditions
o Qualifications to provide classroom coverage as needed, or willingness to become qualified
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
o Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
