Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assistant to the Corporate Controller to support daily accounting and administrative functions. This role is responsible for managing financial transaction data, assisting with accounts receivable processes, and helping prepare monthly financial reports. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with numbers, highly organized, and proficient with common business software tools.

Financial Transaction Management

  • Enter and maintain accurate financial transaction data in internal systems
  • Record and reconcile daily deposits
  • Assist with general accounting data entry and documentation

Accounts Receivable & Collections

  • Generate and send customer invoices
  • Manage accounts receivable records and update customer payment status
  • Perform customer collections and follow up on outstanding balances
  • Communicate with customers regarding billing questions and payment issues

Reporting

  • Assist in preparing month-end financial reports
  • Compile and organize financial data for review by the Corporate Controller
  • Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation
