Executive Assistant to President, Global Manufacturing Company, Fort Worth, Texas

A fast-growing manufacturing company that provides custom refrigeration products globally and is backed by a well-funded P/E firm is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the President as a trusted partner and operational anchor.

This role extends well beyond traditional executive support. The Executive Assistant will function as a force multiplier for the President helping drive alignment, optimize executive effectiveness, and ensure seamless execution across a wide range of business priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is an in-office position, 4 days a week, 1 day remote (usually Friday) depending on what is going on. There are approximately 300 employees at their office in Fort Worth

About the Job:

  • Act as a primary support partner and โ€œright handโ€ to the President managing a complex calendar with shifting priorities and ensuring focus on critical business objectives
  • Act as the liaison to the P/E firm and others involved with the M&A activity, help plan meetings, agenda and collateral materials; follow-up on action items
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries
  • Drive special projects and cross-functional initiatives, tracking timelines, deliverables, and accountability across departments
  • Plan senior executive meetings, offsites, company events, client engagements
  • Oversee expense reporting
  • Partner closely with the senior executive team on day-to-day basis to make sure the President is in the loop on projects and initiatives.
  • Leverage AI tools and modern productivity technologies to improve workflow efficiency, communication, and executive leverage

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting C-Suite executives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Experience working for a firm with rapid growth due to acquisitions and/or a P/E firm highly desired. Also experience working for a consumer goods company a PLUS.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, prioritization ability, and proactive problem-solving capability
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to anticipate needs and respond effectively with minimal direction
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to represent executives professionally at all levels
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills; comfortable using AI-enabled productivity tools
  • Experience planning meetings and events; strong project management skills; highly organized and detail-oriented
  • A calm, polished, โ€œhigh touchโ€ service-oriented mindset
