Job description

The Program Assistant helps support classrooms and facility by completing support tasks as assigned. In this role you would help to prepare and distribute the meals and snacks for our largest center. You would also help to provide classroom support in classrooms Birth to Five years old. 


Main Duties:

  • Clean toys, laundry, and classroom items
  • Prepare and serve food
  • Assist with classroom duties
  • Help keep the center clean and organized
  • Attend staff meetings and training
  • Follow all program rules and policies


Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED required. This position is full-time, 32.5 hours per week. 


Starting Salary dependent on education:  

High School Diploma/GED: $17.86 per hour

CDA/SEED Equivalent Certificate: $18.75 per hour

Associate's Degree: $19.69 per hour


This is a non-exempt position. 90-day introductory period.
