Job Summary

This position is strictly for candidates located in Battleford, SK or in nearby surrounding areas.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Battleford, SK. This role combines office administration with driving responsibilities. The successful candidate will provide essential clerical support to ensure smooth office operations and will also Drive an AM and PM school bus route.

If you do not currently hold an S license, we will provide training to help you obtain one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine clerical tasks, including answering phones, taking messages, and directing calls.
  • Draft correspondence and respond to routine inquiries.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems (paper and electronic).
  • Open, route, and distribute incoming mail and materials.
  • Complete and route forms in accordance with company procedures.
