Job description

PROGRAM DIRECTOR โ€” WPLW-FM, Raleigh, NC

Pulse FM, a CHR station owned by Curtis Media Group, is searching for our next Program Director in Raleigh, North Carolina.

This is a hands-on, lead-from-the-front role. We want someone with a strong street presence whoโ€™s out in the community, not behind a desk. Youโ€™ll bring sharp social media instincts, a collaborative relationship with our sales team, and the drive to build a brand that lives where our listeners live.

What weโ€™re looking for:
  1. A leader who sets the pace and shows up on the street
  2. Strong, current social media skills and content sense
  3. A team player who works hand-in-hand with sales to drive revenue
  4. Passion for CHR and connecting with a young, engaged audience

This is a great opportunity for a Music Director ready to step up and earn their PD stripes. If youโ€™ve been building toward that first Program Director role, we want to hear from you.

Why Raleigh. Why Curtis:

Raleigh consistently ranks among the best places to live in the country โ€” a growing, vibrant market with a lot to offer. Curtis Media Group is locally owned and deeply committed to serving our community through local radio with local personalities.
