Job description

As a HBS Transformation Program Director here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for managing a team of program managers and ensuring the successful execution of programs.

The HBS Transformation Program Director is responsible for driving disciplined program management of key HBS initiatives, process improvements, and the establishment of a strong operating cadence. This role reports to the Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) President, and partners with global HBS leadership team, regional teams and functional leaders to enable operational efficiency, organizational alignment and program manage key HBS initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines strong program management rigor, operational excellence, and ability to influence across functions in a highly matrix environment. This role serves as a connector across HBS teams, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and excellence in execution while maintaining a strong focus on commercial and operations execution that drives growth.

This role will sit in our Honeywell hub in Atlanta, GA and work on a hybrid work schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operating Cadence & Governance

  • Lead a robust operating cadence, including business reviews and L- calendar management.
  • Plan and flawlessly execute customer visits, including CXC and leadership events.
  • Lead MOS ensuring decisions, actions, and dependencies are tracked and completed.
  • Track and manage HBS strategic initiatives. Ensure clear communication, follow-through, and closure on actions and rails.

Transformation & Process Improvement

  • Lead HBS transformation programs focused on simplifying processes, improving efficiency, and enhancing collaboration.
  • Run analytics, dashboards reporting for key critical strategic projects for HBS.
  • Enhance sales excellence, execution and marketing support as needed.
  • Program manage strategic business initiatives that enables HBS growth and P&L impact

Stakeholder Leadership & Change Enablement

  • Serve as a trusted thought partner to senior leaders and initiative owners.
  • Influence without authority, aligning diverse stakeholders around shared outcomes.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and excellence.
