Job Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Digital Assistant to support data-driven decision-making across our ecommerce business. This role focuses on uncovering insights that improve product discoverability, optimize digital channels, and enhance the overall customer journey.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working with data, identifying patterns, and translating insights into actionable recommendations that drive measurable improvements in performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze ecommerce performance data to identify opportunities for improving product discovery, sitewide navigation, and conversion
  • Support optimization of onsite experiences, including sitewide search, filtering, category structure, and merchandising strategies
  • Evaluate channel performance (e.g., organic search, paid search, direct, social traffic) to identify gaps and growth opportunities
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports tracking key ecommerce KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, AOV, RPV, etc)
  • Collaborate with paid marketing partners to optimize feeds to increase efficiency and conversion
  • Serve as secondary owner supporting site enhancements, working both cross-brand and with tech teams to assist in A/B testing efforts, including test design, execution support, release QA, and results analysis
  • Identify and diagnose underperforming product finding methods and categories to recommend data-backed improvements
  • Support taxonomy and site structure enhancements to improve findability and user experience, driving sitewide merchandising standards in support of external optimization, and owning sitewide attribution strategies to optimize internal algorithms
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging tools related to ecommerce optimization and digital analytics

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in ecommerce, digital analytics, or a data-focused role 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Adobe, Excel, Google Analytics, or similar)
