Edgemine, Inc. is looking for in-house Assistant Technical Fashion Designer - Fit. We are a women's wholesale apparel company with the goal of providing trendy, easy-to-wear styles with universal appeal for the junior market. We are looking for motivated individuals to grow with us.
As the Assistant Technical Fashion Designer, you will play a key role in ensuring the fit, function, and quality of our apparel meet our high standards and align with our brand identity. This role requires technical precision, strong communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct live fit sessions and evaluate fit and construction.
  • Review, measure, and evaluate production samples against technical specs.
  • Provide clear and timely written feedback to overseas vendors.
  • Collaborate with design, production, and technical teams to resolve fit and construction issues.
  • Identify potential production, quality, and design challenges early in the development cycle.
  • Maintain consistent and accurate documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Meet strict production and development timelines.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in apparel technical design or garment fitting.
  • Strong understanding of garment construction, fit standards, and grading.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven.
  • Team-oriented with a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
