What You Will Do:
  • Complete all business-related requests from patients and insurance companies
  • Assist supervisor and team leads with research needed to resolve posting issues
  • Complete all assigned projects in a timely manner
  • Communicate any areas of concern of improvement
  • Other Tasks that Leadership desires
  • Assist the Supervisor with all items related to MSO Transplant posting
  • Daily work unapplied accounts both MSO and Hospital
  • Run Queries to assist Leadership in making decisions
  • Assist both MSO and Hospital Supervisors with audits

What You Will Need:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of billing, collections, and payment posting experience in a healthcare setting

What Would Be Nice to Have:
  • Microsoft Office Experience
  • Database Experience
  • A/R systems Experience
