Job Summary:
The Assistant Superintendent supports the Superintendent in managing daily field operations, trade coordination, and site logistics. This role assists with short-interval planning, safety enforcement, quality checks, and issue tracking to help maintain consistent field execution.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Superintendent with On-Time Production at Jobsite
  • Assist in Trade Coordination and Scheduling to Achieve Profitability on Project
  • Assist superintendent in coordinating for Clean and Safe Jobsite and overall positive Client and Community projection at site
  • Support daily field execution, manage defined scopes

  1. On-time production planning: Supports production planning by tracking daily progress, assisting with look-aheads, and coordinating upcoming work.
  2. Effective Sub/vendor coordination: Assists with trade coordination by confirming readiness, tracking progress, and addressing field-level conflicts.
  3. Jobsite standards: Supports jobsite standards through daily checks, safety follow-ups, and corrective actions.

  1. Assist Superintendent with daily planning, trade coordination, and production tracking.
  2. Manage assigned trades or defined areas of the project under direction.
  3. Conduct site walks and support quality inspections.
  4. Track inspections, permits, and punch list items to closure.
  5. Enforce safety and housekeeping standards within assigned areas.
