Job Summary:
The Creative Automation & Production Specialist plays a critical role in scaling branded creative across the Atlanta Hawks, College Park Skyhawks, and State Farm Arena. This technology-forward design role supports the execution of high-impact marketing campaigns and brand initiatives by developing AI-assisted creative automation workflows that accelerate visual versioning, motion adaptation, and multi-format deployment.
Working in close collaboration with Brand and Design leadership, this role blends technical fluency with strong visual craft-translating creative direction into scalable design and motion systems that enable consistent, high-quality execution across digital, social, paid media, in-arena, and partnership platforms.
Marketing & Campaign Enablement
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns across the Hawks, Skyhawks, and State Farm Arena brands.
  • Translate creative direction into scalable asset templates and AI-assisted production workflows that enable rapid creative execution.
  • Ensure that AI-assisted outputs align with established brand standards, tone, and visual identity.
  • Contribute to maintaining creative consistency across multiple brands within a unified organizational strategy.

Campaigns, Promotions & Branded Execution Support
  • Assist in the scalable production of assets for major initiatives including season launches, jersey reveals, single-game promotions, membership campaigns, and paid media (digital advertising and out-of-home).
  • Develop AI-driven automation systems that support high-volume social, digital, and motion graphics versioning.
  • Adapt static creative into motion-ready assets for social, broadcast, and in-arena platforms.
  • Support in-arena visual content production through scalable asset adaptation for LED displays, motion graphics systems, and presentation environments.

Global Partnerships & Co-Branded Creative
  • Support versioning and adaptation of partner-facing creative assets across digital, presentation, and activation platforms.
  • Develop AI-driven automation systems that allow rapid sponsor swaps, localization, and multi-format deployment while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Ensure co-branded outputs align with Hawks Studios' visual standards.

Social & Content Velocity
  • Develop scalable templates and AI-assisted workflows that support high-volume social content production including announcements, milestones, and campaign drops.
  • Increase speed-to-publish through AI-assisted resizing, adaptation, and motion enhancement.
  • Balance cultural relevance with brand consistency.

Creative Technology & Automation
  • Support creative leadership in identifying and implementing AI tools that streamline static and video versioning.
  • Build repeatable automation systems for resizing, localization, format adaptation, and sponsor integration.
  • Animate static creative into motion using AI-assisted and traditional motion design tools.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging generative and automation platforms relevant to sports and entertainment media production.

Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in motion design, creative technology, or digital production.
  • Heavy expertise in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Experience with AI-assisted creative tools and automation workflows.
  • Strong understanding of brand systems and scalable design production.
  • Strong collaboration skills across brand, design, and production teams.
  • Ability to balance experimentation and innovation with brand discipline.
