Job Overview
The University of Dubuque is a growing faith-based University that is seeking a Head Women's Wrestling Coach . The University of Dubuque offers an excellent benefits package including tuition remission, paid holidays, vacation and sick time, and a retirement match.
Position Summary:
Reporting to the Athletic Director, the Head Coach assists in developing and implementing a strategic plan for the Athletic and Recreation departments that is consistent with the University Mission and strategic plan, as well as the Student Success Commitment. This position has oversight and administration of its' sport program; which includes staff development and evaluation, programming and resources related to student-athlete success and experiences, sport program evaluation and assessment, and effectively engaging the campus and community in athletic events and facilitating experiences within both for student-athletes. Additionally, this position assists in meeting all compliance and eligibility requirements for the University, the American Rivers Conference, and the NCAA; and promoting the safety and well-being of all student-athletes.
